Trustytech Pte Ltd – IT Chat Support Intern (B2B Cloud Software)

Company use Slack (https://slack.com/), for both internal and customer communications, you will be working on Slack to reply customer and collaborate with our teammates. Support to customer only limited to chat messages, no video, no audio.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries on our platform and software products. (e.g. how to use a function, how to do settings, do you support xxx)
• Support on customer BUG/Issue report, perform initial check on customer feedback, then feedback to R&D team for fixing or directly reply customer if it not a issue.
• Support on customer feature request, understand customer needs and record down, or directly lead customer to a already supported better solution.
• Help R&D team perform function test or double check on certain functionality.

Requirements

• Self motivated, meticulous, proactive and resourceful.
• Have basic knowledge in software, familiar with website and Mobile Apps.

Working hours

• Mon ~ Fri, 9am ~ 6pm
• Remote/WFT also acceptable (we will have reply time requirement during working hour)
