Responsibilities

Learning initiatives

· Support the implementation of Corporate Learning Platform

· Assist to maintain and update e-learning modules and catalogues

· Track status updates & completion rates of Learning programmes

· Create relevant and engaging digital content for Corporate Learning Platform

· Perform data analytics and share insights on Learning

· Review and recommend process improvement for learning and development

Marketing Campaigns

· Market research on current market trends

· Provide Marketing support(Copywriting, designing, planning)

· Social Media Channel Management

· Assist the marketing department in implementing new marketing strategy

· Assist in designing collateral for our online and offline marketing campaigns

· Assist with other administrative duties as and when required

Requirements

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

· Detailed-oriented and have interest for digital content. Basic photography & videography skill is preferred.

· Excellent presentation skills and conceptualisation ability

· Proficient in written and spoken English

· Experience with graphic design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.

· Experience with video production
