Trip101 is an online travel publication offering the latest guides on different ways to travel and places to check out. We are based in Singapore and we are looking for more travel enthusiasts to join our expanding editorial team. On top of getting in touch with travel content every day, you get to work with team members from different countries and cities.

Job Description

This role is responsible for:

• helping content managers with daily editorial tasks and management of teams.

• managing teams to ensure that editorial goals and deadlines are met.

• researching and verifying the accuracy of article outlines and content. 

• managing queries from in-house editors and content researchers.

• helping content managers with projects planning and execution.

 

Traits that we are looking for: 

• You are savvy and knowledgeable about online blogs or publications.

• You are meticulous and detail-oriented, and good at managing deadlines and tasks. 

• You can work independently but also have good communication skills to report areas of improvements, or issues that surface during work.

• You are not afraid to critically challenge what is presented to you, with the aim to improve the workflow and work quality.

• You are proactive and take initiative to propose new ideas and new ways of doing things.

 

Good to have: 

• You have prior experience in the editorial industry, specifically in writing, proofreading, content planning or researching.

• You have prior experience in project management, good at working with people from different teams, and is comfortable with handling different projects simultaneously.
