Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Update and follow-up on the POs/GRNs using the ERP system.
• Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Verify and check inbound/outbound shipments; verify SKU, batch and quantity against picklist/permit before stuffing /unstuffing.
• Maintains the warehouse, records & stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably 1 years of experience in Store and Traffic Management that includes using ERP Systems to handle the inflow and outflow of goods.
• Experience with monthly inventory adjustment, stock-taking, and reports using ERP Systems will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
