Internal Audit Assistant
- Assist the Internal Auditor in the process of evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements.
- Assist in executing audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies and procedures for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing records and summaries of the audit procedures performed.

- Insight into business processes of a Manufacturing Company.
- Internal Audit Procedures and Techniques.
- Overview of compliance requirements of a US listed Company.
- Overview of Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- Fundamental skills for conducting Management testing for meeting SOX Compliance requirements.
- IT Auditing skills.
