Job Description
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor/customer account management.
- Work on General Ledger (GL) activities, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and assisting in the month-end closing process.
- Assist in Quarterly Income tax computation.
- Assist in Quarterly reporting (US GAAP, Packs & related reports).
- Participate in stock take procedures, learning how to conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock records.
- Prepare audit and tax schedules to support compliance and financial reporting requirements.
- Assist in yearly audit work.
- Work closely with finance professionals to understand financial policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Assist in ad-hoc finance projects and analysis as required by the team.
