Part-Time Customer Support Associate (Vending & Rewards Program)
Join Trinax as a Rewards Support Associate for our latest interactive vending machine program at Northpoint City. This is a long-term part-time position ideal for those seeking a consistent schedule and a vibrant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site Assistance: Guide users on how to use the rewards app and redeem vouchers at the vending machine.
Technical Support: Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine technical issues to the maintenance team.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage merchandise and physical voucher stock levels.
Engagement: Act as the brand ambassador to ensure a positive user experience.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
Availability: Must be able to commit to the 12 PM – 8 PM shift. Flexibility to work weekends is a plus.
Communication: Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage to assist elderly shoppers.
Soft Skills: Proactive, independent, and comfortable approaching strangers.
