Tribe Theory – Startup Hostel – Community Intern

Job Brief:

Tribe Theory is a Startup Hostel that provides soulful accommodation to travelling Entrepreneurs and Startups. We are looking for a passionate intern to help us grow our startup community via engaging with guests and digital marketing!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proactively create new campaigns and ideas for social media and digital marketing through design and content creation
• Work closely with the Tribe Theory Team to provide value to the customers
• Adapt to system changes and updates quickly and effectively.
• Help shape/redefine the customer journey from pre-booking to post-service.
• Ensuring the service offering is as seamless as possible
• Frontdesk responsibilities - checking guests in and out

Requirements:

• A passion for hospitality and entrepreneurship
• A passion for building communities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Skilled in design softwares such as photoshop, illustrator, etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in building strong internal and external relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer satisfaction and retention
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
