Job Description
The investments intern will work closely with our investments team in evaluating hospitality real estate opportunities across Asia and assist in the acquisition process of real estate investments.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting industry research on the hospitality real estate market in Asia
- Drafting pitchbooks and investment memorandums for investment opportunities
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities with relevant financial models and analysis
- Assist in drafting term sheets and deal documentation
- Assist in conducting due diligence process on real estate acquisitions
Candidates should be organized and detail-oriented. Excellent written, verbal communication, analytical skills, ability to multi-task and cope with tight deadlines are a must. Intellectually curious investment interns are also offered the opportunity to gain in depth insights in hotel business development.
Candidates who can read/write Korean will be an added advantage.
