Job Description

As a member of the finance and development team, you will be conducting market research, constructing financial models, preparing proposals and presentations materials and assist in the preparation of the company’s accounts. 


Responsibilities

  • Analyse real estate and hospitality market trends focusing primarily on Asia 
  • Conduct research on hotel investment, development and management companies  
  • Perform valuation analysis primarily on hotel management companies and hotel assets
  • Assist in the evaluation and execution of investment transactions
  • Assess feasibility of investment and management projects through the use of financial models and other analytical assessment tools
  • Prepare proposals and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in due diligence activities for M&A activities
  • Assist in the preparation of the company’s accounts
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting or auditing role is required
  • Good research, financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Able to commence immediately
