Responsibilities:
Handles all daily operations matters. Includes but not limited to the following:-
• Handle and process of incoming shipments and related documents based on customer’s requirements.
• Perform scanning job with customer’s warehouse management system.
• Ensure all documentation are fulfilled and updated to Head Office timely.
• Liaise with relevant parties for out-going shipment or return shipment, when necessary, to support customer order fulfilment.
• Support month-end stock take and replenishment of materials.
• Input and generate sales order through SAGE.
• Respond to customers’ enquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties such as filing and documentation processing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
