Transmedic was founded in 1980 with the aim of becoming the top specialist in the advanced medical technology arena in Southeast Asia. Headquartered in Singapore, we have since grown our presence in 7 countries and have a staff of 506 people.

Education & Training
We are deeply committed to education, and invest heavily in training for doctors, technology promotion and patient education. We also regularly sponsor and help to organise medical conferences, exhibitions, symposiums and workshops for healthcare professionals to exchange findings and build networks.
Post-Sales Support
Besides technology introduction, we are also deeply involved in implementation and maintenance. We believe in providing the post-sale support necessary to extract the most value out of the machines; in the process forming long-term links with the best healthcare practitioners in the industry.
Responsibilities
- To provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to users
- Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment.
- Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct training sessions; perform on-site and on-the-job training on the company’s products to health professionals in hospitals
- Gain in-depth understanding of technologies and devices (training will be provided)
- Hold a credible dialogue audience ranging from surgeons to consultants and key decision-makers
- Ensure consistent sales growth through identifying business opportunities and developing strategic accounts
- Ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Cardiac or Medical Technology or Science
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Previous experience in sales, focusing on medical devices, will be an advantage
- Able to travel overseas
