- Experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Should be able to collaborate with Clients and internal teams to understand requirements and propose solutions to Customers
- Should have experience to design business processes, flows and customer journeys
- Should have experience in Agile backlog, Epics and Stories
- Should be able to explain the solution flows to Engineers for development purpose
- Should be able to do User acceptance testing (UAT) of applications
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
