Job Description
- Prepare and record journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Assist with reconciliation of journal entries by using Accounting system including Quickbooks and CRM Payment
- Accounts receivables ageing check and analysis
- Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Accounting / Finance related disciplines of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated with positive work attitude
- Good communication skills
