Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment exercise such as job postings on job portals, screening of candidates and interview arrangements
- Participate in planning or company events and engagement activities (Corporate Social Responsibility, Engagement, Team Bonding)
- Assist with training & development such as course registration for funded training programs for staff
- Handle HR administrative duties such as updating of staff information, filling, generating report & analyse, researching, review HR forms 

Learning Outcomes & Objectives:
- Learn the process and systems in leveraging technology to enable HR functions and organisation effectiveness
- Learn to manage and plan activities related to developing, maintaining and improving employee relationships with management, and/or the organisation
- Learn to develop the employees’ capabilities, skills and knowledge to meet business, organisational and personal goals

Requirements:
- Studying Business, Management, Human Resource Management or a related field
- Some human resource management experience will be an advantage
- Right attitude, active listening and willing to learn
