Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on key accounts / clients through efficiently responding to queries and providing excellent customer service.
• Prepares presentations and proposals, quotation preparations and order processing.
• Coordinates internally Operations Department for timely delivery of projects.
• Supports sales functions including sourcing/ liaising with external customers and vendors, sales tracking and documentation, scheduling and maintain regular reporting.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• At least Diploma Qualification in business or related fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Self-motivated, details oriented and willing to communicate with internal and external teams.
• Interested to work with different cultures including our regional offices in South East Asia.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility to complete projects and meet timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office is an advantage.
