We also aim to create a more inclusive experience for all women by specially formulating our size range that runs from EU 34 till 44, with comfort width. We're looking for a confident, friendly and result-driven Sales Associate that is able to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. A fashion-enthusiast (shoe knowledge is a bonus!) that is service-focused with solid communication and interpersonal skills are required.
LOCATION: Central (Orchard Road)
DATES: 17 - 30 January/ 20 - 22 March
REMUNERATION: $8/ hour (excluding commission and other attractive perks!)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create VISUAL EXCITEMENT for our guests at the sales floor i.e. in terms of visual merchandising and product display
- Provide the best customer experience i.e. to approach guests and offer fashion assistance like advice on fit, colour, shoe care
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests by giving regular updates to HQ on customer feedback, requests and merchandise availability (colours, sizes, quantities)
- Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floorReceiving and processing new stock, replenishment, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises
- Cashiering dutiesWork with the store manager to drive store sales performance

Minimum qualification: Diploma
