- Assist to grow brands’ social media platforms and increase traffic viewership on respective brand’s websites
- Assist in creation of company's marketing collateral and managing creative assets
- Planning, organising and executing marketing communications according to required campaign(s)
- Preparing and disseminating creative content for campaigns or projects in-hand
- Consolidate creative materials and evaluation for quarterly review
- Manage and assist in smooth operations of any retail store(s), events, workshops and other activations.
- Manage, assist and allocate marketing resources required for smooth communications of retail store(s), events, workshops and other activations
- Managing onsite retail/event/workshop execution which includes creative asset, logistics and operations
- Managing and assisting in visual merchandising, creative execution, product designs, quality check on all platforms
- Assist CEO and, Marketing & Sales department to manage marketing and creative execution on all brand platform(s) and medium
60% Internship Requirements (Project Management)
- Assist to ensure new avenues to grow brand(s)’ awareness, partnerships, revenue and business opportunities across all businesses
- Project Management – planning, coordinating and organising events/workshops
- Attend meetings/get event briefs from vendors, supplier, clients and customers
- Assist in preparing retail/workshops/event proposals and budgets
- Assist to resource relevant materials for packaging, equipment and storage
- Assist with Scent Bar and fragrance booth set up and operations for events, workshops and other activations
- Conceptualizing and creating imagery, audio and visual content, for distribution in various platforms.
- Conceptualizing and creating in-house ads as requested. This may include ads/images to be used in various promotions on various platforms.
- Assist to develop images for editorial posts, in-house pages, podcast pages, and other pages.
- Assist with ongoing graphic design tasks using Photoshop, InDesign or other apps, such as cropping/resizing photos, adding text to photos, etc.
- Assist with content management tasks using video and content creations using video editting softwares.
