Tai Er Grilled Fish is under Jiu Mao Jiu, a listed company on the Hong Kong Exchange (HK.09922) and has been in operation for over 25 years with more than 10,000 employees. Tai Er boasts of 269 outlets worldwide and is reaching the shores of Singapore to open its 270th. The popular Sauerkraut grilled fish chain is scheduled to open its flagship outlet in Changi Airport, Jewel in June of 2021.

Full-time Service Staff

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide the best customer service and dining experience

2. Adhere to working schedule provided by outlet manager

Requirement(s):

1. Minimum “O” levels

2. Friendly and approachable, outgoing nature with a good sense of humour

3. Hardworking

Salary & Benefits:

S$2,800

Will receive systematic management training & stand a chance to be promoted to store manager after passing the assessment in 12 months

Benefits include meals, one day off per week, regular team building activities, and corresponding off-in-lieus/compensation for working on statutory holidays

Ability to speak and understand Chinese is an advantage (to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).

All reflected monthly salaries include a $100 full attendance bonus.
