Tai Er Grilled Fish is under Jiu Mao Jiu, a listed company on the Hong Kong Exchange (HK.09922) and has been in operation for over 25 years with more than 10,000 employees. Tai Er boasts of 269 outlets worldwide and is reaching the shores of Singapore to open its 270th. The popular Sauerkraut grilled fish chain is scheduled to open its flagship outlet in Changi Airport, Jewel in June of 2021.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure outlets are operating according to SOPs without any food safety issues
2. Monitor the food quality, speed of service and sanitation levels of the kitchen
3. Assist with recruitment, training and retention of kitchen staff
Requirement(s):
1. Have a good understanding of ingredients and dishes, comfortable with preparing Chinese cuisine, experience with Sichuan cuisine preferred
2. Familiar with kitchen operations, and have a certain level of back kitchen management experience
Salary & Benefits:
S$3,000
Will receive systematic management training & stand a chance to be promoted to kitchen manager after passing the assessment in 7 months
Benefits include meals, one day off per week, regular team building activities, and corresponding off-in-lieus/compensation for working on statutory holidays
Ability to speak and understand Chinese is an advantage (to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
All reflected monthly salaries include a $100 full attendance bonus.
