Key responsibilities
Corporate secretarial functions
- Handle all in-house companies
Bizfile
Prepare pre & post-incorporation documents
Assist to prepare AGM and EGM documents (standard)
Assist in liaising with auditors during statutory audit
Liaison with lawyers / banker / third party
Administrative
Filing – physical & DMS
Conduct world checks for new clients / KYC
Re-direct mails
Assist with annual review
Provide internal support to corporate secretarial team including :
initial set up of viewpoint & subsequent updating of data
set up of physical files
arrange for nominee directors’ signatures (within offices) & collate their KYC documents
Legalisation and notarization of documents
Other ad-hoc duties as advised by the Team Leader.
