What you’ll do:

•Actively bolstering recruitment efforts through online job portals

•Conduct phone screenings to track & identify prospective candidates to ensure cultural fit and job compatibility 

•Assisting with on-boarding process and preparing the necessary logistics

•Meeting recruiting targets

• Monitoring recruitment statistics and highlighting bottlenecks
