• Expand customer channels and establish deep customer relationships, including manufacturers, service providers and end customers;
• Customer service demand tracking, quotation, discussion, secondary update quotation;
• Supply chain management, outsourcing channel search, outsourcing demand inquiry, confirmation of service content, order;
• Confirm the order, follow up the customer PO, internal order and project approval, confirm the start of the project;
• Dealing with abnormal situations during the project, controlling risks, managing customer complaints, and managing quality;
• Project closure, acceptance and collection;
• Cooperate with the establishment of various processes, systems, norms, mechanism and template customization of sales channel management, as well as the testing and use of various tools;
• Cooperate with the service line to customize and standardize service products;
