We are offering the role of Accountant to be a part of our dynamic and growing professional services arm.

Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts
• Responsible for full suite of accounting services
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts
• Preparation of financial statement line items and financial statement disclosures
• Preparation of quarterly GST filing
• Corporate tax computation, filing including filing of Estimated Chargeable Income and, Form C and Form C-S
• Lias with IRAS on outstanding and disputed issues
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Preparation of corporate documents including Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions and other corporate actions
• Assist in making statutory filings with ACRA
• Client facing responsibilities include answering client queries, conducting client business development activities, attending client meetings etc
• Involved in adhoc management consulting and research work

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA Equivalent
• 1 to 2 years working experience in related fields
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero
• Team player and good communicator; able to work under tight deadlines
• Professional and independent worker
• Strong initiative and Proactive
