As Business Development Head, you will drive strategic partnerships, manage our inbound marketing efforts, and execute high-impact subscriber growth campaigns. You’ll work closely with the founding team to scale our platform and build meaningful relationships with both students and employers.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with universities, employers, and industry organizations
⦁ Design and execute inbound marketing strategies (content, SEO, webinars, email campaigns) to attract students and partners
⦁ Develop and implement paid subscriber acquisition strategies using digital ads, influencers, and referral programs
⦁ Analyze campaign performance and subscriber metrics, iterating quickly for maximum ROI
⦁ Collaborate with product, content, and operations teams to optimize user journey and conversion funnels
⦁ Represent The Internship Guy at industry events and online communities, boosting our brand and network
⦁ Mentor a small team to achieve ambitious growth targets
Requirements:
⦁ Optional experience in business development, sales, or growth marketing (edtech/HR tech is a plus)
⦁ Proven track record growing user bases and/or managing subscription models
⦁ Strong expertise in digital marketing and analytics
⦁ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
⦁ Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about making a difference for students
