Overview
As a Content and Brand Marketing intern specialising in copywriting, you are the storyteller of our team! You will have the responsibility of communicating updates, events, and stories to our community across Thryft’s community engagement channels. During the internship, you will write articles on the Thryft blog, email newsletters to our community, and accompanying post captions on our social media channels. You will also help to ensure that all copies in our company have a clear and consistent voice, which also includes site pages, help centre articles, and email communications.
What you'll be working on:
- Produce compelling content for a variety of media including social, online and print.
- Ensure a clear and consistent voice across all communications.
- Brainstorm and develop fresh concepts for articles and content that are community-driven.
- Ideate and discuss innovative concepts with the Marketing team for content, community events and activities.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum commitment of 3 months (full-time)
- Creative and innovative, willing to experiment and try new ways of doing things
- Passionate about writing and telling stories
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Detail-oriented, brand-focused and customer-obsessed
