Warehouse Assistant (Internship)

Working Location: Kallang

Working hours: 5.5 days, 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm Sat

OT is required during peak periods

Pay: Up to $1000 [Depending on experience]

Summary

We are looking for a strong and hardworking warehouse assistant (Internship / Contract convertible to full-time) to join us.

Job Scope

- Complete shipments by processing, loading and picking orders.

- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; picking and packing items, placing orders in

delivery area.

- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat;

- Maintaining clean shipping supply area

- E-commerce competitor research

- Marketing / content creation related experience would be a plus

- Familiar with social media/online campaigns

- Familiar with inventory cataloging

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

- Locals only

- Able to commit to OT

- Strong and healthy for warehouse work to handle heavy packing

- Pallet jack operation knowledge will be an advantage

- Having warehouse experience will be an advantage

- E-commerce related to alcohol experience will be an advantage

Skills

- Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC

- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Hardworking and able to multitask.
