About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support digital campaigns and social media growth across health, wellness, and community-focused projects. You will manage digital platforms, plan advertising strategies, analyse performance, and strengthen brand presence in the wellness domain.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Schedule posts, track performance, and optimise for reach, engagement, and growth.
- Manage community interactions and respond to comments/messages.
Content Creation
- Create social media posts, captions, stories and reels
Digital Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok Ads).
- Conduct A/B testing and monitor performance.
- Provide monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
Brand & Marketing Support
- Work closely with content and creative teams on integrated marketing initiatives.
- Support digital launches, events, partnerships, and promotions.
- Assist in writing digital copy for ads, landing pages, and newsletters.
Market & Audience Insights
- Research digital trends in wellness, lifestyle, healthcare, and consumer behaviour.
- Analyse competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with SEO basics and audience targeting.
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle content is strongly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
