Think Thank Pte Ltd – Operations and Marketing Intern

We are a growing group of retail and distribution businesses, with the earliest business established in 2005.

Our products include hard and soft toys, snacks, floral supplies and baby gift items.   We also operate a small minimart.

Most of our businesses also have an e-commerce presence in Singapore.

We are looking for someone who are keen to learn many aspects of a small business, and open to be rotated among different roles from Administrative, to Retail Operations and E-commerce / Social Media marketing .

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing for new suppliers / products 
• Admin / Data entry work like creating price tags, keying in invoices and product cost prices
• Stock taking (for minimart)
• Work closely with and provide assistance to the Retail Operations and Marketing (for e-commerce) team

Requirements

• 5 weekday work week (based in office or minimart, both in Kallang area)
• Computer literate (we use a lot of cloud-based tools like Google Drive and Trello)
• Bilingual 
• Strong logical thinking and organisation skills;
• Good communication and persuasive skills;
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently;
• Responsible individuals and self-motivated
