We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a passionate Marketing & Social Media Intern who is creative, driven, and ready to make an impact.
Role Overview
As a Marketing & Social Media Intern at Think SME, you will play a key role in increasing our online visibility, engagement, and lead generation through creative content and digital campaigns. You’ll work independently to create informative and viral videos, posts, and campaigns that attract entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and grow Think SME’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS).
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize engagement.
2. Content Creation
Conceptualize and produce engaging short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Design eye-catching posts, infographics, and stories using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Write creative captions, hooks, and call-to-actions that drive engagement and inquiries.
3. Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns to promote Think SME’s services and partnerships.
Support paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) and track performance metrics.
Generate organic leads through content, engagement, and social media community building.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversions.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaboration & Brand Development
Work with the internal team to ensure content aligns with Think SME’s tone, mission, and branding.
Brainstorm new creative ideas for campaigns, social challenges, and viral content opportunities.
Requirements
Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and creative storytelling.
Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Basic design/video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
Good command of English & Chinese (written and spoken).
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus: Experience with paid ads, SEO, or social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
