We are seeking a full-time Creative Sales, Marketing & Executive Assistant Intern to support our founder and contribute to our growing retail and digital presence.

Job Description

WYLD Creative Sales, Marketing Executive Assistant Intern - 

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support

  • Assist the founder with daily scheduling, reminders, task management, and workflow organisation.

  • Coordinate communication with vendors, collaborators and partners.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, summaries and simple spreadsheets.

  • Assist in managing calendars, deadlines, timelines and follow-ups.

  • Use AI tools to streamline tasks, research and productivity.

Marketing & Creative

  • Assist in planning weekly content calendars.

  • Plan and execute on content creation strategy (photos, videos, TikTok/Reels, product highlights).

  • Create fun fierce and fabulous design assets using Canva or AI tools (stories, posters, graphics).

  • Support social media management: posting, replying to comments/DMs, tracking engagement.

  • Assist with newsletter content, captions and simple copywriting.

  • Help prepare Meta-friendly creatives (no ad buying required).

Sales & Retail Support

  • Assist customers in-store with styling, product recommendations and customer service.

  • Help with visual merchandising, steaming, tagging, pricing and stock replenishment.

  • Capture in-store content for social media usage.

Events & Community

  • Support setup and coordination of in-store events, workshops and community activities.

  • Assist with guest flow, registration, and event content capture.

  • Help with post-event wrap-up summaries, uploads and communication.

Operations & Admin

  • Assist with inventory checks and consignment items (WYLD Redux).

  • Maintain organised marketing folders and digital assets.

  • Support weekly reports and simple analytics snapshots.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or currently studying in marketing, communications, business, fashion, design, or related fields.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

  • Loves people — MUST.

  • Loves animals — MUST.

  • Bubbly, vibrant personality with a positive attitude.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

  • Fast learner, especially with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut) — plus a tenacious spirit to explore new tools that improve efficiency and creative output.

  • Social-media savvy, with interest in fashion, lifestyle, and content creation.

  • No prior experience required — we welcome fresh graduates and first-time jobseekers; we’re looking for someone hungry, creative, willing to learn, and able to think BIG. A true advocate for growth and possibility.
