- Reviewing Tender Documents & Drawings
- Responsible for the accurate estimation of quantities and tender cost estimates to aid management in bidding on or determining price of projects
- Manage all costs and expenditures of projects within budgets so as to achieve the profit targets of assigned projects
- Implement contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of record concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to client.
- Doing Progress Claim, VO Settlement and Final Account Settlement
- Able to read & understand Auto Cad Construction Drawings
- Attend meetings/ briefings when required.
- Any other duties may be assigned.
