Account Servicing Executive
The role of the Accounts Servicing Executive is to support the design and marketing team under the guidance and mentorship of the Account Director. The role requires the specialist to coordinate the timelines and jobs between the client and the design and marketing team. He/she has to work independently and be able to multitask on multiple tight deadlines. This specialist must have excellent communications and people skills to be able to handle the clients’ expectations well. He/she must also be assertive and firm to know when and how to say “No” to unreasonable demands from the clients. He/she must be willing to work late and weekends if the need calls for it based on the clients’ needs and instruction from the Account Director. If need be, the specialist will be out of office to meet clients with the AD and also be on-site for events and set-up. The specialist must be well versed in design and artwork production requirements to be able to communicate clients’ expectations for onsite branding and production to the design team.
Responsibilities
- Build good relationship with Client through efficient client management
- Ensure Design and Marketing team delivers accordingly to timelines and schedules
- Balance demands of Client with workload of Design and Marketing Team.
- Coordinate with production house on branding collaterals for event day.
- Ensure artwork is design, approved and produced in a timely manner.
- Manage budget of design and production to maximise margins.
- Establish robust partnerships with industry key players.
- Meet with clients or the Account Director to determine the scope of a project.
- Ideate with the team on strategies to reach a particular audience.
- Handle other administrative matter pertaining to events.
Requirements
- Singaporean or PR
- Diploma holder and above.
- Experience in Graphic Design software is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with production of artwork from large format to kapaline to banners and stickers is an advantage.
- Motivated and resourceful individual.
- Excellent in troubleshooting and the ability to think on his/her feet to make difficult decisions on-the-spot.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team player.
- Well spoken and Excellent grooming.
- Positive attitude and multi-tasker.
