Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Passionate Facilitation
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for facilitating and engaging with children and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Activity Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children, including camps, monthly events, daily activities, and workshops.
- Operational Support
- Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the facility.
- Cover shifts as needed to support the overall operations of the children's program.
- Customer Interaction
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins promptly.
- Handle reservations and address Member's queries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Administrative Tasks
- Perform administrative duties related to the children's program.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and side duties as assigned by the Member Services Manager.
