The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for designing and implementing an Omnichannel Marketing Strategy that is aligned with our goals.

• Create and successfully drive innovative and effective marketing programs end-to-end - including integrated digital marketing (SEO, SEM, EDM, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Paid Media Campaigns) for awareness, lead generation, engagement and opportunities for growth.

• Conceptualize, create and execute content materials for overall brand content management.

• Manage advertising calendars and project-manage advertising materials. Keep abreast of trends on social media, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage on such trends and developments to optimize campaigns.

• Conduct deep-dive into social media analytics on campaign performance (Online Conversions, monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, etc.) in order to gather actionable insights, generate monthly reports and offer ongoing recommendations such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaigns' performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members.

• Mediate between internal and external stakeholders like Shopee, Fave, Grab, etc. Handle and manage customer relations in order to create value for customers and the business.

• Assist in subsidiaries and retail operations as well as manage external platforms such as Shopee, Fave, Grab, and other platforms.

• Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing skills will be a plus!
