Job Description

About the Role:

This internship offers hands-on experience in HR practices within a dynamic hospitality environment. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support some HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of ER initiatives and events.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation and setting up welcome kits.
  • Facilitate the smooth offboarding process, ensuring clearance procedures and exit documentation are completed.
  • Maintain organized records related to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
