Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist in posting job advertisements and screening applicants
Support interview coordination and scheduling
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR-related documents such as letters, reports, and onboarding materials
Help organize staff engagement initiatives and company events
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
Participate in HR projects and process improvement activities
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn
