Our client, a leading international business school with campuses in several countries and Singapore, is inviting applications for the position of Administrative Intern in the Registrar's Office for a duration of 2 months.

Job Description

As an Administrative Intern in the Registrar's Office, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of key administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Student Records Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, including registration, grades, and academic progress.
  2. Communication and Correspondence: Handle communication with students, faculty, and staff regarding administrative matters. Draft and respond to emails professionally.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Directors / Professors / external lecturers.
  4. Data Entry and Analysis: Input data into the school's information systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
  5. Event Support: Provide logistical support for various registrar-related events, such as registration periods, graduation ceremonies, and other academic events.
  6. Customer Service: Offer friendly and efficient customer service to students and stakeholders seeking assistance with registrar-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • GCE A level graduates waiting to enter university or current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

 

The working hours will be Weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) and working time is either 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm.
