The Service Crew is someone who is passionate about the product offerings and customer service, a problem- solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills.
The Service Crew understands that customer satisfaction always takes priority but efficient restaurant operations make it possible.
Your primary duties will involve;
- setting up and managing of Chaiholics outlets which will include pre-opening activities and coordination, day to day operations, cashiering, customer service, order taking,assist in inventory management and other related matters.
- You will work closely with other team members to hit sales targets and assist in other adhoc special projects as and when required.
- You are expected to demonstrate a high standard of performance, product knowledge and customer service. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and work cohesively as ‘1Team’.
- Overall customer satisfaction and experience will be the hallmark of success and you will play an integral part in providing quality service and friendliness at all times as a Service Crew.
Your role includes;
- Ensuring objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
- Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the brand.
- Consistently review operations to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
- Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.
- Follow the Company policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security. Monitor and maintain the POS System.
- Assist and participate in new menu implementation.
- Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings.
- Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require.
