Sands Leadership Development is an initiative of The Singapore Scout Association. SLDC mission is to develop leaders who will create a better world. We focus on equipping the participants with the values, knowledge and skills to form and sustain positive relationships with peers, family members and others within the communities they intend to help. We believe that the start to creating a better world is the better person. SLDC maintain and manage a campsite ground at Sarimbun Scout Campsite at 70 Jalan Bahtera, 719921. We run and conduct team-building programmes, overnight camps and special events for youths, corporate, and even special needs. We are also working with many other industry partners to provide many opportunities for youths or anyone to get involved in sports activities/national events/etc through volunteerism.

Job Scope:
- Prepare and conduct training sessions, camps, and events
- Facilitate group discussions
- Conduct & Debriefing
- Logistics & Event Management
- Any duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- 18 years old and above (MOE Requirement)
- Enjoys the outdoors and love interacting with people
- Preferably with OE (Outdoor Education) experience, otherwise, training will be provided
- First Aid certification, SNCS and SNAS certs will be added advantage
- Stay-in during camp assignments is required
MOE CERTIFIED Trainers highly recommended being part of the team.
