The School of Positive Psychology is the first education and training facility in Singapore and Asia established to promote the science of positive psychology, positive organisational psychology and psychotherapy. Positive Psychology heightens individual awareness and wellbeing, drives workplace performance, and also expands one's capacity for meaning and fulfilment. Positive psychology is currently being used widely for wellbeing policies, educational frameworks, human capital, organisational development and leadership, and for community development.

Since 2007, we have trained more than 20, 000 learners, students and graduates; 800 organisations public, private and international organisations.

Job Description
  • Student Services
    • Liaising with students and lecturers
    • Handling students’ matters and communication
    • Student registration
    • Course fee/Payment collection
    • Collection of assessments
    • Student management
  • Operations
    • Planning course schedules
    • Handle operational duties to support academic functions
    • Procurement of study materials and office supplies
    • Facilities management
  • Administration management
    • Maintain student database/student portal
    • Generate and compile academic results
    • Printing of course materials
    • Compile documents for governance and compliance reporting
    • Filing of academic documents
  • Other duties as assigned

 

The Candidate is required to have:

1. Good organisational skills and being meticulous

2. Good communication skills and customer service

3. Positive mindset with learning agility

4. Fluency in written and spoken English

5. Ability to work in shifts

6. Proficiency in Microsoft office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint

7. Diploma qualification in any field

8. 2 years of work experience (preferred)
