My Naked Bar is a Singapore indie brand creating handcrafted vegan soaps using the traditional cold-process method. Our soaps are thoughtfully formulated and packaged with sustainability in mind, including our signature milk-carton packaging designed to reduce waste.
Beyond soap, the brand is also about encouraging small everyday shifts towards lower-waste living. We operate online, participate in pop-ups and community events, and work with like-minded retailers to make sustainable choices more accessible.
As a small founder-led business, the team works closely together and interns are given the opportunity to see how ideas move from concept to execution.
This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at building and running a small sustainability-focused brand.
You will work alongside the founder and gain exposure to different parts of the business — from creative projects and digital initiatives to events and customer interactions. Interns are trusted to take ownership of real work and learn by doing.
Responsibilities may include:
• Social media content creation and simple graphic design • Supporting website design improvements • Preparing for events, pop-ups and retail activities • Customer engagement during retail shifts and brand events • Supporting sustainability workshops or educational initiatives • Monitoring consignment store inventory and sales • Assisting with project coordination across different initiatives
This internship is best suited for students who are curious about sustainability, entrepreneurship and how a small business operates.
