The candidate will work with the programming team and take on BT BAF projects at LAA as well as at 10Square Youth. The candidate will also assist the Manager in managing the day-to-day running of the training centre for youths at 10Square Youth. A candidate who is interested in the arts and wants to work with youths and children will be a bonus. If not he or she must be willing to take on the challenge and willing to learn.
The candidate must be able to handle administrative matters, reliable, responsible and able to work with a team. He/She will work with the programming team to monitor the youth curriculum, liaise with trainers to ensure key deliverables are met, attendance monitored and evaluations prepared and submitted. He/She will also handle social media postings for 10Square Youth, assist in outreach and in managing productions and events.
