Job Description

Front Office

  • Complete Receive and welcome guests following the appropriate procedures.
  • Establish customer requirements and deal with them promptly.
  • Give accurate information appropriately to customers.
  • Handle different sources of reservations in accordance with the procedures of the company.
  • Promote establishment facilities including acceptable alternatives.
  • Handle the departure of guests using the correct procedures at reception.
  • Promote establishment facilities including acceptable alternatives.
  • Use computerised or manual systems to provide front office documents.
  • Handle the departure of guests using the correct procedures at reception

  • Provide appropriate information and assistance to customers.
  • Deal with customer complaints appropriately and according to company policy.
  • Use the main communication systems and services appropriately.

 

Customer Service 

  • Employ a positive approach to customer service, including politeness, promptness and identification of customer requirements and taking remedial action.
  • Establish customer requirements and deal with them promptly.
  • Deal with incidents involving customers appropriately and according to company policy.
  • Maintain all company procedures for customers’ enquiries, complaints and other incidents promptly.
  • Give accurate information appropriately to customers.
  • Promote establishment facilities including acceptable alternatives.
  • Anticipate and identify individual customer needs as appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with appropriate health and safety regulations.
  • Provide appropriate information and assistance to customers.
  • Deal with customer complaints appropriately and according to company policy.
  • Deal with unexpected situations appropriately.

 

Housekeeping

  • Clean and make up rooms according to Hotel's standards
  • Restock room amenities
  • Replace dirty linens with clean items
  • Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
  • Respond to guest queries and requests pertaining to housekeeping matters
  • Organize and restock items at the end of the shift
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
  • Check all items/appliances in rooms are in working order
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Observe and report damage of hotel property
