We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Part-Time E-commerce Executive to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Add, manage, and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada etc.
• Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve product visibility.
• Manage product inventory and ensure stock accuracy across platforms.
• Process customer orders efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform changes.

Qualifications:

• Prefer some experience in a similar role (e.g., Part-Time E-commerce Assistant, Online Seller)
• Proven experience in adding, managing, and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada)
• Strong understanding of SEO principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with basic e-commerce operations (inventory management, order processing)
• Experience with customer service is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with popular e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopee, Lazada etc.
• Experience with product photography and editing
• Knowledge of social media marketing for e-commerce
