Job Description

If you have a passion for the sea, sun (and rain), thrive in a constantly evolving environment and want to be in a space where you can connect with people and make a real difference, we’d love for you to be on our diverse team! 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be trained on a fast track to become a yacht skipper

  • You will undergo intensive training to understand the role of a yacht crew

  • As a crew, you will assist the skipper to ensure the safe operation of the yacht, upkeep and maintenance of the yacht, its equipment, working tools, spare parts and supplies

  • Ensure that the yacht is clean and ready before the arrival of guests. And requires to wash and clean up the yacht after the end of every charter

  • Assist the skipper to ensure the safety of all guests on board, and to provide a smooth, safe and memorable charter experience for all guests

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in the service / hospitality / events / yachting industry is preferred

  • Love the outdoors and can work tirelessly under rain or shine

  • Physically fit and strong enough to carry kayaks

Other Information:

  • Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
