M&A Summer Intern (Final Year Students, Fresh Grads or MBA Candidates)
The M&A Summer Analyst intern position is based in our Singapore HQ and will report directly to the CEO's team. As part of the CEO's team, the role gives unparalleled exposure to a heavy weight C-Suite and high level business management. The role will primarily focus on:
M&A - Support tactical initiatives across Strategic & Financial Investments, Mergers, Acquisitions, Partnerships & Joint Ventures through data driven sector research, deal sourcing & analysis, comparables mapping and moat building potential
Due Diligence - Work independently and with third parties to support Legal, Commercial & Financial DD
Duration - 3 Months
Hybrid Work Model - 3 days WFH, 2 days Office
Commencement - Preference for candidates who can begin immediately
What We Would Like to See
Bachelors/Masters students from top universities with strong academics across years
Preference for Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Maths, Physics & Law Majors
Familiarity with Investment Fundamentals, Startup Business Models, Project Management, Research Skills, Deal Making Dynamics
Involvement in Finance, Consulting, Investment and Entrepreneurship clubs and societies in university is desirable
Prior internship experience in Banking, IR, Fundraising, M&A, DD, Research, Finance, Consulting is a strong plus
Candidates looking to break into Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital & Entrepreneurship in the near future are encouraged to apply
