Job Description
We are hiring Oyster Artisan Trainees for work in our kitchen near Kovan and/or onsite at events (event locations can be anywhere) on part-time basis.
Role/training progression:
-From Junior to full fledge Artisan, it usually takes a committed candidate 2-3 months to master the basics and graduate.
-After attaining full fledge Artisan status and with good performance, there is opportunity to join the pool of freelance artisans. Higher earnings.
Responsibility:
-To learn and master the art of shucking
-To assist master artisan in operations from time to time
Working hours:
Weekdays (Wednesday to Friday): 12pm - 5pm or 5 pm-10pm
Weekends (Saturday to Sunday): 5pm - 10pm
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 weekday and 1 weekend, minimum 10 hours per week. Starting Hourly pay is $8-$10 per hour. Special bonus will be rewarded for good performance at various stages.
-Must have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
-will be good to have Class 3 driving license (Manual) but not necessary
