The Nude Box Pte Ltd – Digital eCommerce Intern

Heiulive is a multi-brand arm under a local company, The Nude Box Pte Ltd, that brings live sales to online consumers through social media platform and e-commerce retail. Intern must be dynamic and creative to increase the followings to support and increase sales. Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, this person should be an energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Increase followers and web traffic in the live sales & website
• Assist with the planning of social media content / postings
• Identify creative / impactful collaborations to increase brand awareness and followings to eventually increase sales
• Implement e-commerce activities
• Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
• Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of website
• Prepare insights report on data mining outcome
• Assist with the packing of products to ensure customer receives their product in time

Requirements

• Passionate in digital trend, with strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, especially about PRC B2C online market
• Strong knowledge in various online marketing tools, including Google, Baidu, Youtube, etc.
• Experience in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wechat, and search engine marketing is preferred
• Knowledge in designing tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill (verbal & written)
• Detail-oriented, self motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient command of English and Mandarin
