Media Executive plans and manages end-to-end integrated media campaigns; ensuring excellent clients experience.

  • Support Director to develop integrated media strategy and media plan
  • End to end integrated media planning and implementation across Digital and Offline media
  • Work with digital performance team to optimize of day-to-day digital campaigns (i.e., Paid Search, Social, Programmatic Display)
  • Conducts research, in-depth analysis and reporting for new business pitches or clients' campaigns
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and dealing with technology platforms, ability to articulate and put together sound recommendations
  • Liaise with media owners for proposals and development of media plan/ schedule
  • Liaise with clients on campaign management and ensure deliverables are followed up in a timely fashion
  • Execute media buying duties where necessary
  • Data management through automated dashboard solutions
  • Handle billing and finance matters on assigned accounts
  • Keep current on media trends, identify and implement local media initiatives
  • Reports to Director

Minimum qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline
  • Able to manage multi-task and have good interpersonal skills
  • Good at numbers and have attention to details
  • Able to work independently but also a good team player
  • Passionate to pursue career in media/digital industry
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Entry level - fresh grads or people with 2 years of working experience in media, marketing or communications related fields
